Angle Park R4 – Grade 5 595m
Star stayer SIR TRUCULENT makes his debut on the revamped track at Angle Park over 595m tonight and drops back to Grade 5 class after a couple of average recent runs. The class runner in the race, he only needs clear running to power past his rivals in the run home. TWIN PACK (8) can find the lead from the outside box and was an all the way winner at Gawler earlier this month. He will give them something to catch.

Maitland R7 – Non-Graded 450m
MORE SAUCE (5) has led all the way to win his last three races in the best of the nighttime and is suited to the small field. He won’t be a big price, but he will be winning! FIRE ON ICE (1) has recorded back to back placings at Gosford and is drawn to follow the favourite throughout the race. He looks well placed for the quinella spot.

Warrnambool R8 – Grade 5 450m
YELLOW AND BLACK (1) was chopped out at the start last week when favourite and didn’t feature in the finish. His form prior was good and he gets the benefit of the inside box. The $3 on offer is too good to refuse. TINKER JENNY (8) has been unplaced at her last three runs despite being in the market on all occasions. Shee will jump a short-priced favourite, and I will be taking her on!
