Form analyst, RIC CHAPMAN, previews Wednesday’s meetings, with horse racing tips and analysis for the five best bets of the day. Good luck, punters!
Warwick Farm R1 – Mdn Plate (2YO) 1300m
I like the Godolphin horse here TOM KITTEN. I just think he jumps onto the speed and with this trip he can just drop anchor. He has had one start for a 4th in Melbourne when he led and was run down. But this is vastly different in terms of tempo. Nash Rawiller rides and he is a master at getting leaders home.
Tip:TOM KITTEN
Warwick Farm R2 – Mdn Plate (3YO) 1200m
We have a heavily supported odds on pop with James McDonald aboard here in the top weight. However, this Team Hawkes filly LOMANDRA despite only having one start where she ran 12th, is very smart. She has trialled brilliantly recently and she will just get a perfect trip here. If the boom is right, she can cause an upset. Quinella them.
Tip:LOMANDRA
Warwick Farm R4- BM72 (3YO+) 2200m
This just looks a walk in the park for Kris Lees and Jay Mac. They combine with HANDSOME who can stay all day and this race over 2200m at this level looks perfect. Should win by panels of the fence.
Tip: HANDSOME
Eagle Farm R7 – BM64 Hcp 1840m
This bloke HOLSTEIN is no superstar but he is extremely fit and when he gets dropped back into this grade he tends to show up. Won at this level two runs back, then up in class not disgraced over 2200m on a Saturday. Easier here and looks well placed.
Tip:HOLSTEIN
Eagle Farm R8 – BM65 (3YO +) Hcp 1400m
This handy mare TERRAMEADES could give Kris Lees a state to state double here. She was beaten 5.6 lengths last start in a Gold Coast race that was 7 lengths harder than this. Ergo, she gets the chocolates today.
