Sometimes the stars just align for you and I think at $2.50 we can load up here and make a killing. Back WHY DOUBT. He’s been a disappointment for many punters in the past having raced 14 times with no wins to show for it, but this is about as easy an assignment as she has had. Steps from a nice gate and will drop in behind the speed today. Probably travels one off the fence in about 4th to the bend then should unleash. She has always shown ability late. Started odds on when racing like that at Scone last start and 2nd in an open maiden. Back to get own sex here and should shine. AUREUS ANGEL resumes here but did enough last campaign to say she will be in the fame also. Quinella them.

Tip: WHY DOUBT

Interesting race with some 2YOs looking to make a move on the senior horses. One of them is CHANGE IS COMING. Probably appropriately named given he is yet to win a race in two Strats but that all changes today. I see him being in pretty much the same spot as the filly in the first, park just behind the pace. Now that he is fitter and had some race experience he should know what to do and how to do it. I see him producing a powerful kick late to land the chocolates from STARS AND BARS who does seem to be on the improve every run.Quinella them.

Tip: CHANGE IS COMING

This Class 1 field is a pretty solid one. Lots of depth. I like the top weight SIYATA who is 4th up here. Not just 4th up and therefore ready to win, but 4th up in this country. Started career in England where talent was shown. Will get back and charge home out wide here.
