ISIS CARMELLA was well supported into favourite at Mackay first-up and she won with something in hand. Building an impressive career record up north and deserves chance in town.

CHIEF ARTIE relished the heavy ground at Doomben last start when powered away to win with something in hand. Consistent and can go on with it here.

COLLAY’S SPIRIT won here two starts back then backed that up with a fighting placing on heavy ground last start. Drawn perfectly and must respect.

NOT ANOTHER led throughout and got her maiden out of the way this track last start. If she can lead again she will take catching.

Tip: ISIS CARMELLA

BACK WHEN resumes from spell. Started long odds on favourite at Rockhampton last time in work and won his maiden. Been trialing well leading into this and must consider.

HAKKAI MARU relished the wet ground and powered away for soft win here last start. If she produces similar turn-of-hoof she can make it two in a row.

MILITARY GAMBLER resumes from spell. Consistent after winning his maiden at second start first prep. This not difficult and expect him to be in finish.

MAGNITUDO relished the heavy ground at Ipswich last start and won as he liked. Drawn perfectly and expect him to drive through and take catching in this.

Tip: BACK WHEN

DUSTY TYCOON fought on strongly when not beaten all that far here fresh then went to town and only battled. Comes into this third-up from spell and this a winnable race.

HARD LABOUR resumes from spell. Took a couple of runs before finding best form last prep. She has won first-up and recent trial win suggests she is ready for this.

MOONAN ME won with something in hand at Eagle Farm two starts back then not beaten far when placed here last start. He will not be far off these.

GRAND ZOU was beaten less than 2 lengths at Gold Coast first-up from spell. Sure to be better from the outing and would not leave out of multiples.

Tip: DUSTY TYCOON

ISLAND MAGIC was well supported when favourite at Ipswich but found a heavy track. She tried hard final stages but just found one better. Better from that outing and she can win this.

KABOOM hit the line powerfully to just miss here first-up from spell. Sure to be better from the outing and drawn to get the perfect run in transit.

TANGO TINO is first-up from spell. Model of consistency last time in work and if forward enough she will make her presence felt.

D’ESPRIT fought the race out strongly when placed here last start. Has the advantage of apprentice claim and he cannot be left out of multiples.

Tip: ISLAND MAGIC

HURIWAI started a long odds on favourite at Ipswich first-up but just could not run leaders down. Sure to be better from that run and although drawn wide he looks well placed in this.

MAJESTIC COLOUR found heavy ground at Doomben on debut but still chased home well into placing. Drawn to get all the favours and may go one better.

Liked the way SCRIPT WRITER hit the line when placed here on debut. Better from the race experience and would not leave him out of chances.

DOCTOR JACK was beaten less than 2 lengths here last start. Not sure he is at his best on rain affected tracks and if he gets firmer ground here he may surprise these.

Tip: HURIWAI

MOCAMBO started odds on favourite here last start and finished all over the small field for soft win. He will get back but expect him to work into the race before the corner and he takes holding out.

DRUMADOIR relished the heavy to win here two starts back then luckless when wide last start. Should get better run and has chance to return to winners stall.

GLAMOUR FOX was placed on the polytrack two back before poor run at Ipswich last start. If she finds best form she can sneak into a placing.

TRIBUTE KING was an eye catcher when making good late ground here last start. Will give them a start but if close enough at 200m he will be in the mix.

Tip: MOCAMBO

WINSIDE is building a strong career record. Won first couple this campaign then placed in last two starts since. Drawn to get perfect sit in behind the speed and she can win this.

BIG JAKE was impressive winning at Townsville two starts back then nabbed in final stride at Mackay last start. Perfect draw and racing consistently enough to figure in this.

GLOBAL CITIZEN railed through to lead at Gold Coast first-up from spell and he was never in danger. If he can find the lead he will take catching again.

DALTORO held on bravely winning at Ipswich then backed that up with placing last start. Drawn perfectly and would not leave him out of exotics.

Tip: WINSIDE

YOURJOKINGME RIGHT jumped to the front and demolished them here last start. Barrier a slight concern but if he gets across and leads he can win again.

CAPRI OF TUFFY had no luck at Ipswich last start but she still finished too well for them and won in a canter. She looks nice each way odds in this.

REGIMENTAL BAND lost race in the stewards room here last start when lost on protest. Comes into this ready third-up and can win.

WHITTINGTONE STONE started favourite at Grafton first-up from spell but he looked in need of the run. Fitter and would be looking for improvement.
