Doomben R1 – Class 3 Plate 1050m
HAKKAI MARU was dominant maiden winner fresh then backed that up with tough on-pace win last start. This a winnable race and looks nice each way value.
FREDERICK THE DANE led all the way at Ipswich last start despite doing a bit wrong. If he can find the front and control this will take catching.
KINGSTON’S HERE raced on pace and was too strong fresh at Sunshine Coast. Makes own luck going forward and staying out of trouble and cannot leave out.
EXCELNESS relished the heavy when raced on speed and was too strong at Scone first-up. Fitter and if there is rain about chances enhanced.

Doomben R2 – BM72 Handicap 2000m
VENDIDIT has not been beaten all that far in recent starts. This does not look a difficult affair and although little one paced can figure.
NEPTUNE’S CHOICE has been racing consistently in last couple of starts but just finding it hard to win. Will not get better chance than this to hit winners stall.
ELEGANT DROVER is a promising gelding who comes off solid last start Ipswich win. Working through classes and must respect.
SOKUDO has been well beaten in runs this time in but does come into this ready third-up from spell and may figure in the exotics.

Doomben R3 – 2yo Handicap 1200m
SOARING AMBITION balanced-up wide on the turn then unleashed a big sprint to swamp rivals in Wyong Magic Millions on debut. Looks smart and can go on with it here.
CELESTIAL SPIRIT started long odds-on and led all the way to win at Scone on heavy ground. May try similar tactics up front and will take running down.
MINKS STAR won on the polytrack two starts back then chased home Exo Lady in the Calaway Gal last start. Can figure in this.
MISHANI WARFARE won last two starts impressively and although will find this a tougher task must respect winning form.

Doomben R4 – Ratings Band 0-90 Handicap 1200m
WISDOM OF WATER was back to best when finished too well to win at Wyong last start. Has the talent to beat these and can make it two straight.
SIMPLY FLY was beaten less than a length in the Bribie then made late ground in the Falvelon. This winnable race and looks a major player.
BOOM SPENDER led them up for a long way at Eagle Farm last start. Racing well and will take some catching last 200m.
TOOROOLOO led throughout for strong win at Sunshine Coast last start. Harder but will make own luck up front.
Tip: WISDOM OF WATER
Doomben R5 – BM78 Handicap 1350m
SALATEEN finished too well and got the prize here last start. This a little tougher but she can measure up and get away with this.
STRANGE CHARM battled on well but others were a bit stronger in the final 200m at Rosehill. Bit of sting out of the ground would help.
JETTY made it two in a row with a win at Eagle Farm last start. He is tough and although this looks a harder assignment would not leave out.
FLEET DOVE has just battled in both runs back from spell. Comes into this third-up from spell and if finds best would be right in the mix.

Doomben R6 – Shoot Out 2000m
WAPITI was a Sunshine Coast winner three back then followed with two placings since. Will be in the finish again.
HUMBOLT CURRENT started favourite at Eagle Farm last start and he was not beaten all that far. Gets chance to return to winners stall in this field.
SMART METEOR finished too well for soft win at Eagle Farm then made good ground when placed last start. Major player.
PHAISTOS was doing best work final stages last start. Should strip fitter for this and can run into a minor spot.

Doomben R7 – Vo Rogue Stakes (Group 3) 1350m
SHIHONKA makes own luck rolling forward and brings winning form from Sydney. That looks good enough to get away with this.
STARMAN was strong winning first-up then just little plain late last start. Ready to find best form and will take some beating.
TIGER HEART looked in need of the run when did not finish race off in Gold Edition first-up. Improves off that run.
MISS HIPSTAR was placed in the Mode two back then was again competitive last start. Looks ready to find best form.

Doomben R8 – The Buffering 1350m
APACHE CHASE gave them a galloping lesson at Eagle Farm last start. Class gelding who makes own luck and he can win this.
TAMBO’S MATE was back to winning form when led all the way in the Recognition last start. No reason he cannot win again.
EAST ASIA finished too well to get up last stride in the Listed Just Now last start. Looks to be plenty of early speed in this and he can finish all over them.
NICCANOVA has been close up in all four runs to begin this campaign and he is not far off a win. Will get back but has big finish and watch late.
Tip: APACHE CHASE
Doomben R9 – Nudgee Stakes (Listed) 1200m
ISOTOPE resumes from spell. Lightly raced mare who has won two of three fresh from spell. She will be powering home. One to beat.
MIAMI FLEISS finished too well to win the Tatts Classic here last start. Had a trial to stay forward for this and can win.
JAMAEA is first-up from spell. She won the G2 Furious at Randwick last prep. Smart and two solid trials will have her ready for this.
EAST ASIA finished too well to get up last stride in the Listed Just Now last start. Looks to be plenty of early speed in this and he can finish all over them.
