Track Condition: Good 4

Rail Position: Out 6m entire circuit

COOLTH has been a little frustrating for supporters in the past but there is no doubting his ability and happy to have something each way on him fresh from a break.

AKECHETA is another first-up from a break. He has a strong first-up record (5:1-1-1) and plenty of early speed. He will be in this for a long way.

TOKORANGI just got too far off them in Group 2 company at only start last time in work. Her form in New Zealand prior was solid and expect she will be competitive in this.

SIRILEO MISS got back to winning form at Bendigo last start when found the front and led throughout. This time last year she was competitive in Group 1 class and she can get away with this.

COMICA has been racing in super form. Won two of her last three starts including this track last outing. Back in distance should not be a problem and she will feature again.

STAY GOLD is the query resuming from a spell. She is usually competitive when fresh and from ideal barrier draw should get her chance.

Really like CHARTRES in this. He comes into the race third-up from spell and his first two runs have been in some black-type races and he has been close up. This a winnable race.

THE CLAIMANT got his maiden out of the way at Cranbourne last start with a soft win. Now he has won he can go on with it and win again.

DON DIEGO won his maiden on debut then went to town and caught the eye with a big finish from the back. Drawn wide but will be steaming home late.

GRANDSLAM stayed on bravely behind Pondus at Flemington last start. Third-up from break and can see him controlling this from the front and proving hard to run down.

AIN’TNODEELDUN chased home steadily when not beaten all that far here last start. Third-up from spell and like his chances in this field.

AGNELLI has been racing in consistent form of late but just finding it hard to win. Drawn ideally and will be right in the mix again.

ICE PICK NICK looks an exciting prospect from the Maher/Eustace camp. Not many hoops better than Linda Meech out front and she will again control this race. He can win.

SCISSOR STEP produced a big finish to get the prize here first-up from spell. If there is some pressure on leaders here he could be the one to finish off hard. Just needs luck from inside gate.

OUR HEIDI resumes from a spell. She was placed in Listed class at The Valley when first-up last time in work and that form would be good enough to feature in this.

Like the way SIR BAILEY finished the race off in Listed company at The Valley last start. Bigger track will suit and happy to have something each way on him here.

Tasmanian gelding BELLO BEAU crossed Bass Strait prior to last start and he was the luckless runner at The Valley. Another suited to the bigger track and he can win.

DON’T CHANGE was beaten less than 2 lengths at Bendigo on debut despite having wide run. Sure to be better from the race experience and can run into a minor spot.

SWATS THAT may just be bit too classy for these. Been close up in the Group 1 Lightning and Newmarket at two runs this time in and she gets her chance to win.

What a cult following SHELBY SIXTYSIX has gathered this autumn with a G1 Galaxy win and competitive against top class sprinters. Likely to get his favoured heavy ground and must consider.

KING OF HASTINGS chased steadily down the Flemington straight first-up from break. Going to get plenty of speed here and he will be the one running on late.

ADELE AMOUR looks nice each way value. She charged home late and got the prize here last start and no reason she cannot make it two in a row.

JUNIPAL comes into this ready third-up from spell. He has taken on a couple of black-type races leading into this and looks primed to find his best form.

LA CHEVALEE is another third-up from a break. She has not been beaten all that far in either run back and cannot leave her out of multiples.

EXTREME WARRIOR resumes from spell. Won his maiden by a big space when first-up last time in work then within two starts was taking on Group 1 company. He looks too smart for these.

IT’SOURTIME is another fresh from a break. He races best when fresh having won both first-up starts. Expect that he will be right in the mix again.

BLESS HER is such an honest mare and cannot be left out of chances. She was competitive when beaten less than 2 lengths fresh at The Valley. Loves Caulfield and is a major player.
