ELVISON absolutely demolished them at Casterton last start and gave a great exhibition of jumping. If he can produce that form to town he will win again.

ONCE WERE LOST raced on the speed and beat Elvison last start. Can see him either leading or getting the perfect run in transit and no reason he cannot win again.

BRITANNICUS is such an honest gelding. Yet to run a bad race this campaign and his run in the Brierly was so brave. He gets his chance.

LOVE IS EASY started favourite at Cranbourne on debut but just could not finish race off. Drawn touch wide but she will be better from race experience.

PORTRAY was impressive winning first-up. Tracked wide throughout but still had enough in hand to drive away and win.

IMPEL comes into this ready third-up from spell. Not beaten all that far fresh then ran into a smart one at Flemington. Like her in this.

Have been on PRINCESS RHAENYS in both runs back from spell and she has been solid enough. Drawn to get the perfect run in transit and she can get away with this.

VITTORIOSA was beaten less than a length in Sydney two starts back then she pulled up lame last start and forget run. Drawn ideally and she will get her chance at some stage in straight.

MAID OF IRON gets back into a winnable race. She has been threatening of late and third-up from spell looks ready to find best form.

HEY HAPPY finished too well to win at Casterton last start and he looked to be right at home over the jumps. This a quick progression but he is up to it.

BAKELA was eased down on the flat first-up at Warrnambool. He showed enough in a jumps trial prior and must always beware the former Kiwis.

BLANDFORD LAD chased home soundly when placed on the heavy ground last start. Has superior flat form to most of these and he will be right in the mix.

SAUNTER BOY was just too tough with Pateman aboard winning the Galleywood last start. That made it two in a row and he is the one to beat again.

BRUNGLE BERTIE won by 11 lengths at Pakenham two starts back then his run in Warrnambool was patchy but he still got close. Smart enough to be a factor again.

OUT AND DREAMING finished very close to Saunter Boy in the Galleywood last start. If he can produce a similar run to that expect he will be competitive.

REUBER finished too well and got the job done at Pakenham two starts back then he had no luck when wide in town last start. Third-up and will get better run from barrier.

MONBAHER relished the heavy ground and won with something in hand at Ballarat first-up. Sure to be better from the outing and he can make it two in a row.

MIMI’S AWARD comes into this third-up from spell. She has been bit one paced in both runs back but she gets to right distance range and expect improvement.

SUNFALL resumes from a break. He has won fresh and was not too bad in three runs last time in work. Happy to have something on him each way fresh.

CEASAR fought the race out strongly and got the prize here two starts back then he relished the heavy to win last start. Never runs a bad race.

DIGNIFIED DOUBT made it two from two this prep with a dominant win at Kilmore last start. Looks ready for city class and this a nice race for her.

JUCCONI sustained a long run and got the prize at The Valley two starts back then he just missed at Hillside last start. Will get back but expect him to be running on hard.

HE’S THE REAL DEEL resumes from spell. He won when fresh last time on work and if he can overcome wide gate is sure to be competitive.

LORENZETTI resumes from break. He was placed in both runs at The Valley in both starts last time in work and from inside gate that form good enough for this.

Going to give you one at big odds each way in the last in HOLSTER. He has a super first-up record (6:1-4-0). Happy to take the juicy odds available each way.

HEZAFOX is another big value runner first-up from a break. Drawn to get the perfect run in transit and he has been placed fresh.

DO YA PUNK showed exciting turn-of-hoof and got the win at Cranbourne last start. This is a step up but he can measure up and would not leave out again.
