Randwick Race 5 – Show County Quality 1200m
Plenty of unknowns in this race today, first uppers and interstate raiders. Looking for some odds here with the consistent ELECTRIC GIRL.
She tends to race well fresh having placed four out of five first up runs and did acquit herself well against proven group performers in the autumn. Ran second in a recent trial and should be nice odds for an each way play.

Randwick R8 – Winx Stakes 1400m
Hard to go past ANAMOE first up today. Sure he is in for a long campaign getting ready for the Cox Plate in the spring, but this guy oozes class and I can see him getting a nice drag in behind the speed and being just far too good for them at the post.
Get on him now as he wont be this price in most of his races later in the spring.

Randwick R6 – Silver Shadow Stakes 1200m
Going for the Magic Millions runner up here in RUSSIAN CONQUEST. First up today after finishing midfield in the Golden Slipper in the autumn on the wet.
He has had two recent trials which will have hardened him up for todays assignment and can see him swooping upon them at juicy odds.

The Valley R8 – Carlyon Stakes 1000m
EXTREMELY LUCKY blew them away in the Lightning Stakes at Morphettville last start, coming from the tail of the field turning for home and winning convincingly.
Jamie Kah jumps aboard today and when the stable bring one East, they usually measure up. Look for this boy to be getting to the line hard and be the one to beat.

Doomben R3 – Open Handicap 1300m
GO WANDJI steps up to open grade today but he does also drop 6kg from his dominant last start victory. He looks pitchforked into this race, the small field suits and if he can just be in touch with them on straightening,
I feel once he starts his whirlwind finish, we should see him running all over the top of them.

Belmont R8 – Blue Spec Stakes 1600m
GINGER FLYER is absolutely flying this prep. She sat midfield last run and picked up the opposition within a few strides in the straight.
Look for her to sit in a similar position, just off the speed and with similar conditions at play again, should prove extremely hard to toss.
