Rail Position: Out 3m entire circuit

Thought GUARD THE SAFE offered nice each way odds in this field. Came with big finish to win here last start and although drawn wide can see him winning again.

GROUND BRAKER is another last start winner this track who chased home strongly taking over to win. Has fitness on his side and no reason cannot feature again.

WISE WORDS worked home evenly in a strong race here last start. She was placed at previous start and form good enough to be included in place chances.

FOREVER DREAMING showed an exciting turn-of-hoof last 200m to win here last start. If she finds similar acceleration her she will be right in the mix.

Tip: GUARD THE SAFE

Liked the win of EXPRESS TIME here last start when raced on the speed and proved too smart late. Drawn to get the perfect run and third-up from spell she will be at prime.

SPEEDY MISS has been chasing home I’m Pretty in her last two starts. Will find this field a touch easier and she can go one better and return to winners stall.

SNIPPY MISS just missed behind Express Time last start and that made it three runner up spots from all three starts this prep. She will not be all that far off them again.

I’M ICEY looks the likely speed and if he can get his own way up front will take catching from the corner. Must include in first four chances.

Tip: EXPRESS TIME

BEAT THE BRO did not get all that much room final stages here last start but still beaten just over a length. Third-up from spell and looks ready to find best form. He can get away with this.

ABERDEEN QUEEN won at Northam fresh then beaten less than 2 lengths in last couple. She gets ideal run from her barrier and will get chance last 200m.

TRULY INSPIRED won his maiden by clear margin at Northam last start. He takes a step up here but looks progressive and will be a factor again.

MY FAIR BALENTINE comes into this ready third-up from spell. She will get the perfect run in transit and would not be surprised to see her be in the finish.

Tip: BEAT THE BRO

Took a smart one to get the better of VANE TEMPEST here last start after she wanted to lay of the track from the corner. She will control this from the front and can return to winners stall.

REIGN OF FIRE was not beaten all that far behind Amasenus two starts back then peaked late in same race as Vane Tempest last start. That form good enough for this.

ACROMANTULA started this prep winning first two at Ascot then just went bit too hard on the pace last start and was overran but smart ones. If he settles touch better he will take catching.

MADAM TORIO is a speedy filly who will be much fitter from her two runs back from spell. Will lead them into the straight but her last 200m is her concern.

Tip: VANE TEMPEST

Really looking forward to this. MISS CONTEKI is an exciting mare who has won 7 of her 8 starts and promises to measure up to much better races than this.

PANZDOWN looks the danger. Won four straight to begin this campaign then just missed behind the in- form Nerodio here last start. He can win.

LONG BEACH comes into this ready third-up from spell. Still looked like he would benefit from his last outing and would not leave him out of each way chances.

GEMM’S SON won at Bunbury three starts back then two city placings leading into this. Will get ideal run in behind the speed and he should have last crack at these.

Tip: MISS CONTEKI

Open race and would put as many in the quaddie as you can. Going with Pikey and DEVOTED STAR who comes into this third-up from spell. Beaten less than a length fresh then hit line hard last start. She can get away with this.

TIME SCALE was brave here last start. She was wide throughout but just kept coming for minor placing. Barrier a major concern but cannot leave her out of multiples.

MR DELEGATOR resumes from spell. He has been placed in two of his three first-up tries and recent trial should have him forward enough for this.

SECRET STATUE should have won here last start. Only got clear late and flew to just miss. That made it three placings from as many starts this campaign and from ideal draw he will be a factor.

Tip: DEVOTED STAR

ADORNMENT showed an exciting turn-of-hoof last 200m and won with something in hand here last start. That made it two in a row and despite wide gate cannot leave her out of major chances here.

BLACK SHADOW had perfect sit and out at right time to win here last start. If he can get similar run here he will go close again.

The run of SECRET PEARL was enormous here last start as she was never on track but just kept coming to beat all but Black Shadow last start. If she gets better run she can change the result.

DOUBLE DIGIT was ridden quietly in the small field here last start but liked the way he got going and chased home to place behind Adornment last outing. Racing well enough to figure again.

Tip: ADORNMENT

Forget finishing position of LEADING GIRL in the Group 3 Hyperion last start as she never got clear run last 200m and went to the line untested. Third-up from spell and she can get away with this.

THE VELVET KING returned to Perth winning the G3 Belmont Sprint fresh then he kept grinding away when not far away in the Hyperion. Drawn perfectly and he can return to winners stall.

DANCE MUSIC kicked and looked the winner in the Hyperion but was run down final stages. She looks ready to win a nice race this prep and gets her chance.

Always been a fan of KAY CEE and although she has been a touch poor in both runs back going to give her another chance third-up from spell.

Tip: LEADING GIRL

Bit of a cliché in West Australian racing but sticking with Pike in the last. BRIGHT DIAMOND comes into this ready third-up from spell. Been close with two placings leading into this and she gets chance to return to winners stall.

THE SPRUIKER has come back to racing in super form winning his first two starts this time in. Going to need some luck from his barrier but hard to knock winning form.

ENDURING MOMENT was poor here last start when just did not finish the race off well enough. Comes into this third-up from spell and at cricket score odds may sneak into a placing.

HOLY GHOST was competitive when beaten less than 2 lengths here last start. Never far away in his races and cannot leave out of first four chances.
