Preview – Gr 2 $1million The Shorts 1100m

Is quite a brilliant sprinter on his day. Resumes here. Has a great first up record. Should settle well back off the speed but can really rally on his day. Loves this track. Has claims.

Class sprinter. Is trained here and runs really well here. Has form in the top grade and is certain to be running on very hard. Is always one to have in your numbers.

Is so hot and cold. On his day he can win this. Resumes here. Normally is solid while fresh. This is a tad short for him but he has too much talent to completely overlook. Place.

Star sprinter who is very fast. If he gets loose on the lead and turns in front they probably won't catch him. Is the real early speed and is deadly while fresh. He resumes here. Big show.

Outstanding mare. Always races well and this grade is not beyond her. Held up between runners when resuming last start but rallied late to finish 2nd in this grade. Is fitter and faster now. Looks the winner.

He is the dark horse in this. Won brilliantly in easier grade when resuming over 1200m in the Gr 3 Show County. Was beaten a nose over 1100m by Giga Kick last prep so is well up to this class. Bound to make his presence felt.

I bet connections wish they hadn't gelded him. Is very smart and is ready to be a superstar. Beat In Secret comfortably last start when resuming in the Gr 3 Concorde over 1000m last start when finishing hard. Extra 100m in his favour.

Two trials under her belt should have her ready to run boldly. Is a Gr 1 winner and goes well fresh. Will get back a run on. Cam from near last to win the 1200m Gr 1 Goodwood in good time. This may be a tad short though.

Won at gr 3 level over 1400m earlier this year then ran a game 3rd in the Gr 1 Stradbroke same trip. Fitted for this with trial win over Ruthless dame and Mazu. This will be a bit short for him at this level but is trained here.

Good sprinter but not keen in this. Was 5th to Remarque last start carrying 2kg more than him but beaten 3 lengths. May sneak a place at big odds but hasn't won for a long time.

Might run a big race here. Has always been a good sprinter but his races have always been in slightly weaker grade. Saying that, he's a 5YO now and at his peak plus he's trialled twice and won them both. Rough place hope.

Resumed from a s pell with fair effort when 7th to Remarque here in the fr 2 Concorde beaten 6.6 lengths. This is no easier.
