Form analyst, RIC CHAPMAN, looks at today’s meetings and singles out his top three horse racing tips from Wagga Wagga & Hawkesbury. Good luck, punters!

This just looks to me a match in two. Topweight CHEWIE TWO and number 2, SPIRIT WORLD. Both are lightly raced but both are showing talent. They have finishing power. I like Spirit World to be victorious. She has drawn perfectly in gate 3. That should ensure her a spot either on the paint or one off, back in about 5th spot. Then she should angle into the clear and finish too well. Chewie will be running as well. He’s done that to be runner-up at his past 2 starts and should be fitter now.

No city trained runners here. So I’m on a former city trained runner in OBSCENE. The rails draw looks ideal as does the trip. Back in February when trained by Team Snowden, she rattled home for 2nd in a Newcastle mdn. Since transferring to Damien Lane, she has continued that form with placings at her past 2 runs, both in this grade. Just needs to get off the fence in time once they turn for home. THRIVE IN THE HOME is racing well too. Quinella them up.

Welcome back to race riding for John Kissick today. It has been 4 years since he rode in a race. And if he doesn’t win race 1 today, he can get the bickies here on old GENTLEMAN MAX. He loves it wet and by this time in the afternoon it will nearly be a heavy track. He did run 3rd to his rival PARLIAMENT last start. Can’t see anything other than this pair fighting it out.  Quinella them up may be the best payout.
