Form analyst, RIC CHAPMAN, looks at today’s meetings and singles out his three top horse racing tips, from Pakenham, Goulburn & Lismore. Good luck, punters!

The best-performed runner here by a country mile SHE’S BY DESIGN has the right draw, and looks well in at Plate level. She has been runner up at past 2 starts, both times getting back off the speed and charging home late. This field, with perhaps the exception of RUBY SUNRISE, looks inferior to what she has raced recently. So, recapping is super fit, drawn to be about 6th with cover and suited by the strength of field and the Plate conditions.

The mare MILEAGE is heavily weighted but she is a quality mare this grade. She is 2nd up here from a nice enough gate which will get her into about the one, one early. First up she ran home well at Kembla to grab 3rd and this should be a little easier. Fitter now. ALONEINABAA is lightly raced but on the improve. Great quinella bet.

When BLING ‘N’ BUBBLES raced for the first time, then again when first up, she was beaten. Not far but she lost both times in mdn grade. well, she resumes again here. is being fresh her Achillies Heal? We’ll see but I think you’ll find when she failed the other times, she wasn’t the mature, fast horse she is nowadays. She receives a 3kg allowance here and has had 2 fitness making trials.
