Gr 1 – Tatt’s Tiara

Second up here after average first run. Tough ask from this gate, however, she is talented enough to swamp these. Any market move for her, have in your numbers.

Speedy mare who will take some catching. is fresh too. Loves to roll and being first-up she may just get too far in front of many of these. Watch betting.

This looks the dark horse of the field. Has stunning stats up to Gr 1 level over this trip and wasn’t that far away in an open sprint race when resuming. Waller horses peak in Gr 1 races and she should be about 7th on the fence biding her time until they turn. Big finish expected.

Sat just off pace at past two runs in similar fields and on both occasions failed to run on. This looks beyond her at present.

If the best version of her turns up she wins this. Jay Mac will need to wield his magic but if he gets her to the outside in time she can come with a powerful flurry. Did that last start after being slowly away when 3rd to Floozie and the extra 100m will suit her a great deal. Plus, she’s fitter now.

Terrible draw and isn’t racing at her best so the task looks forlorn. However, when right she is very up to this standard. Watch market moves.

Because of the weight scale she has an excellent chance. Because of the barriers she may not have. Probably will drive forward and sit just behind Grinzinger Belle. Is very fit and should be in this finish.

Is getting very close to a win so no surprise from where I stand if she finishes too hard for these. Made ground when beaten 9 lengths last start but will go a lot better this time around now that she is fitter.

Interesting runner. Better known as a stayer but resumes here. However, fresh form is excellent. Is $51 but may well be a better chance than that.

Is the local horse with the best form of all runners. Just keeps winning. Won all 4 races this prep and in doing so has beaten most of these. Must be strongly fancied here.

Horror draw isn’t actually that bad for her as she gets back and charges late. So, will have to do this here too and being 4th up looks a prime candidate. Made up a lot of ground last start behind Zaszou to run 5th. Keep her safe.

Interesting, tough mare. Likes to be on speed and will have to work from this gate to get there. Started from bad gate last start over a mile and hung on. Mid race speed here will be a lot faster so if she is deep, she probably fades late.

Nice mare who gets home hard and is ready to0 run a blinder here. Runner up at her past 3 starts, all at this level. Should be midfiueld until they turn and is very honest.

Accelerates brilliantly. Sat worse than midfield here 1200m 2 weeks back and sprouted wings late to beat Tashi. Bad draw so will ease back but is very fit and runs home hard.

Handy mare when mind is on job but has been well beaten in weaker races over the past 2 months.

Is 2nd up from a spell here in a tough race. Was thrashed when resuming. Not keen.

Has had her foot on the till for some time. Local filly with power late and weighted to find form late here. Led last start, in unfamiliar role and 4th to Floozie who she meets a kilo better. Chance.

Tough, on pace mare who shouldn’t be $31. Has an each way hope because she is very fit and will be on pace all the way.

Lightly raced but has talent and can get home. Ran 3rd last start in open flying making ground late over 1200m. Has never run this journey and may not gain a start but could sneak a place at big odds.

Another speed type with ability. She’s won 4 of her past 5 starts being in front all the way. This is many lengths stronger than recent races and will have company out in front so may get her eagerness run out of her late.

Is a solid mare who gets home hard. Ran 4th to Pulchritudinous over a mile last start. Only won 2 of 22 starts which is a worry.

Solid mare who runs on and is 3rd up. May not gain a start but did catch the eye last start when 5th to Floozie coming home hard late.
