Form analyst, RIC CHAPMAN, looks at today’s meetings and singles out his top three horse racing tips from Moruya &  Scone.  Good luck, punters!

I think we have found one here at huge odds. This morning he was $31. His name is RINGO’S CHARM. Today he is having his 3rd race start, and just his 2nd this time up. Showed pace last start when fresh. He was ridden for speed and showed it, leading a  similar field for home before compounding. Went under by 6 lengths. The winner has since run a great 4th in a Cl 2 while the runner-up that day brilliantly won a maiden at its next run. This bloke has the rails draw so probably drives through and if not the leader will be just behind it to the bend. Hoping the extra fitness helps down the running.

What I like about Pat Farrell’s 3YO in this called PEE DEE is that he’s very, very tough. He tries really hard and he has speed. All necessary elements for a race like this. As a 2YO, he ran a super slick 51.05sec this trip here. That would win this. And now he resumes, for the first time as a 3YO, I suspect he’s even faster. Looks a good bet.

I like topweights in these bush sprints. Especially if they receive an apprentice claim. VIRGILIO, courtesy of his 3kg claim for Heni Ede, comes down to 57kg. Now, he’s 3rd up here and is a legit BM 81 horse. Yet today his 57kg means he is just 2kg above the limit – and the limit belongs to a bunch of BM 60 and even 56 runners. The mare TERRA REIGN who is in fine form, after her claim is actually under the limit and she’s a BM 73 galloper. Quinella them.
