Form analyst, RIC CHAPMAN, looks at today’s race meetings and singles out his top three horse racing tips from  Scone  – he is confident. Good luck, punters!

Interesting little race to start proceedings. I like the preparation they have put into 3YO DUBLE MEMORY. Today is only his 2nd start in a race but a lot of things point to success. Firstly, he clear has talent and has kinda been saved for this Showcase Mdn. On debut over 1250m, with 59kg he travelled 3rd to the end nd fin shed just two lengths off the winner in 4th, conceding weight to the placegetters, one of which was rival here ADMIRAL ASH. He fitter now. Has that racing experience on his side and meets Admiral As a few kilos better. Quinella them.

The two scratchings make this a field of nine on a track that suits back-markers. Enter SENATORIAL who gets back and runs on. Also on his side is the fact he looks to have come up well this campaign and he is third up into this with Sammie Clenton to ride. JAHBATH is hand and is also third up so I’d throw him him to the mix also. Will be my quinella.

What a terrific race. Trainer Allan Kehoe has three runners as does Team Wilkes. Surely, among them with half the field one will salute. I like SUBTLE GREY because racing is theatre and if he won, that would be the fairytale story of the year. He hasn’t race for two years. He drew gate 13 and he has top weight. He comes in two spots because of scratchings. But, he has trialled really well and he has always been a great finisher first up. DUNOON, one fro Team Wilkes barn, is the danger.
