Form analyst, SCOTT MCDONELL, previews Wednesdays Cranbourne meeting, with horse racing tips and analysis for all 8 races on the Cranbourne course. Good luck, punters!

Track Condition: Soft 6

Rail Position: Out 7m entire circuit

BOSS’N THE MOSS raced up on the speed and was only claimed late at Moe last start. He beat the others by a big space. Comes into this third-up from spell and despite awkward gate gets his chance to win.

OUR CHEVALIER comes into this third-up from spell. Placed at Cranbourne fresh then too bad to be true last start. Prepared to give him another chance.

WILSON WON was well supported on the Synthetic first-up but may not have handled the track. Back on the turf here and expect vast improvement.

LUNA ONE is the big query. Debutant from the Kent stable and if any money about for him would follow.

AWKWARD deserves a win and third-up from spell this looks right race for her. Chased hard from midfield to just miss at Geelong last start and that form looks solid enough for this.

DIAMONDS’N’STONES was well supported at Geelong on debut and he made good late ground when ran into second spot late. Will give them a start on the corner but has big finish and will take holding out.

GLOBAL WONDER made his debut in small field at Flemington and was beaten just over 3 lengths. Had a break since and if forward enough will be right in this.

DUBAWI PRINCE raced very greenly at Sale on debut and did not finish race off. Went to paddock after that outing. Was in market at first start and expect improvement.

TIME WARRIOR may not have handled the Sythetic track at Ballarat when did not finish race off. He had been in the betting and back to turf here could be winning move. Happy to go with on an each way basis.

ALTERNO should have finished a touch closer to winner at Sale first-up when being held-up final stages. Drawn ideally and gets chance to break maiden status.

EMERALD CROWN resumes from spell. She was competitive in all three starts at first prep. Should get right run in behind the speed and looks a major player.

WERTHEIMER is a big query making Australian debut for the red hot Busuttin/Young stable. Only the one start in New Zealand when well held. Big watch.

YELDARB relished the heavy to win in town two starts back then came from well back when beaten less than 2 lengths last start. Has form on firmer ground and form suggests cannot leave him out of winning chances.

TRIGGER POINT was beaten less than 2 lengths in nice race at Lakeside two back then held ground last start. Should get ideal run in behind the speed and will have last shot at leaders.

MR. TIPLA won on heavy in town two back then just found Saturday class little too hot last start. Back in right race here.

THE GREAT HANS finished too well to win here first-up. Strips fitter second-up and although this a touch harder he can measure up to these.

LUNAR FLARE won similar race this track/distance last start when short favourite. Oliver stays aboard and happy to stick with her as top pick again.

AUSTRIA chased home strongly to finish behind Lunar Flare here last start and she probably should have finished little closer as she raced tight in straight. Drawn to get the perfect run in transit and will go close.

MAGAZINE relished the heavy track to win at Wangaratta two back then placed behind the smart Grinzinger Allee here last start. That looks good form for this.

QUEEN OF TARTS was placed at Caulfield two starts back. If she can rediscover that form is sure to be in finish.

The form for GIBBON does not look all that flattering in last three starts but last time he was at this class he was a winner at Ballarat. Gets back into right race and from ideal barrier draw he may give this a real shake.

BLUEST SKY did drift a touch in the marker at Bendigo but did everything right sitting on the speed and dashed clear final stages. Will make own luck going forward and takes holding out from the corner.

MANHATTAN WAR resumes from spell. He was placed when fresh last time in work before racing in competitive form. Drawn to get all the favours and major player first-up.

HIS KINGDOM is another first-up. Chased home strongly to win maiden at Hawkesbury only start last time in work. In new stable and big watch.

ZENDE won his maiden with something in hand at Geelong when fresh last time in work then went to Flemington and beaten by barest margin by Chassis. If forward enough he should be touch too good for these.

SEA DRAGON looked like he would benefit from the outing when faded late at Flemington last start. Sure to be better from that outing and major player.

PRIVATE LOUNGE resumes. Competitive in two city runs to end last prep. Will get nice run in transit and at odds can sneak into a placing.

IMPERIAL LAD was placed at Sale fresh then beaten less than 2 lengths at Hillside last start. Barrier a concern but would not leave out of multiples.

EIGHT TIMES A LADY loomed to win in town two starts back before hanging onto placing. Not disgraced last start and this a nice race for her.

TOFF CHOICE won his maiden with something in hand here two starts back then beaten less than 2 lengths in town. If he can overcome his wide gate here he can win third-up.

FOXTROT MO was well supported at Sale last start and duly saluted in maiden class. Drawn to get the ideal run and he can measure up to these.

SO YOU BEAUTY has drawn out in the car park but she has early speed and if she can find the lead and get a cheap sectional may take some catching.
