Form analyst, SCOTT MCDONELL, previews Wednesday’s Eagle Farm meeting, with horse racing tips and analysis for all 8 races on the card. Good luck, punters!

Track Condition: Soft 5

Rail Position: Out 10.5m entire circuit

Tough maiden for the fillies to open the program and must keep close eye on market for debutants.
Settled on SOUL DANCER at each way value. Made good late ground when she was placed at Sunshine Coast first-up last time in work. Recent Doomben trial will have her forward enough to be a factor.

DEEP SCELVA is a debutant from the Rob Heathcote stable. Nicely bread filly and she won her Doomben trial with authority. Expect she will be well supported.

BID IN A HURRY ran a competitive race at Doomben back in January when finished just behind placings. Would not leave her out fresh.

BAVARIAN MISS started enormous odds first-up and was only getting warm late. Better from that run and would be looking for her to hit the line hard.

TRADUCE was an eye catcher from the back here last start when powered home late. He took on the G3 Rough Habit last prep and second-up he can win this.

TRUMPED UP looks ready to win. Close-up at Doomben last start and if he produces that form looks tough to beat.

GOLDEN MISSILE chased home soundly when placed here last start. Looks ready for the 1600m and would not be surprised to see her in finish.

EAGLES FOREVER is the pacemaker. If he can get a cheap sectional before the corner he may takes some catching once balanced-up.

Liked CHAUFFEUR first-up at Doomben and he did not let me down beating the in form Chico Milagro. Only query with him is that he has only the one placing from five second-up starts but they were in better races. He can win again.

DITMAS was poor late in his race here last start but he gets back in right class and looking for him to be up front for a long way.

SHOGUN SUN was sent out favourite here first-up but just little one paced late. Usually improves second-up and would not leave out of wining chances.

FASANO had nice run here last start before pouncing at the right time and proving a touch too smart. No reason he will not be in finish again.

Hard to see them turning the tables on CLOAK. He lines up to win five straight. Looks the pace in this again and cannot see him being beaten.

RECKLESS CHOICE chased home Cloak bravely at Doomben last start but could not reel him in. He can fill the quinella spot again.

BIANCO NUOVO usually goes forward and can see him sitting right on the heels of Cloak. If he gets his own way he can fill a minor spot.

MOMENTUM TO WIN was strong winning here two back then just held ground last start. Should get right run behind speed and will have last shot at these.

I AM SWERVING comes to Queensland off a solid maiden placing at Kensington first-up. Sure to strip fitter from the outing and this is not a difficult race. Top chance.

BACK WHEN is a debutant who looks ready for the racetrack. Chased home the smart Superare in his most recent trial and if any money about for him must respect.

RIGHT REASON finished the race off strongly when placed here on debut. Sure to strip fitter and debut suggests he will relish the extra trip.

SHAMATON is a debutant from the Tony Gollan stable. Placed in his only trial and expect him to have some market support.

Stable must have an opinion of SUPERARE as they put him in the Group 1 J.J.Atkins Stakes before break. He has looked good winning his two trials leading into this and from ideal barrier he will be a factor in this.

RAMTASTIC is another resuming from a spell. Has won two of his three starts first-up from spell and recent trial will have him primed for this.

JAGGED EDGE resumes. Usually shows his best fresh with two of his three wins being first-up. Has the pace to be up front for a long way.

MOUNTBATTEN is a smart gelding first-up from spell. Not beaten all that far in recent Gold Coast trial and he is yet to run a bad race.

OKANAGAN MISS led throughout to win at Ipswich two starts back then just could not find the front in town last start and was overran late. If she can get her own way she will be in this for a long way.

SAYL was sent out favourite here last start and after sitting up on the speed just found a couple better late. This looks nice race for him to bounce back to winners stall.

ENTERPRISE MOSS won here two starts back then sent out long odds on at Gatton but may not have handled the tight circuit when disappointing. Back to Eagle Farm ideal.

MOOD sat back off the pace but finished too well last 200m to win at Sunshine Coast last start. Looks to be some pace in this ad would expect her to be steaming home.

MCCOVEY COVE looks promising. Dominant last 200m at Doomben last start after looking in an awkward spot. Should continue on his winning ways and expect him to go on and win better races.

SMOOTH MOVE won here three starts back then has been very good with two solid runs since. Drawn little awkwardly but cannot leave out of chances.

LUBUK started favourite here last start and only just missed behind the smart Top Me Up Again. That form strong enough to be a factor in this field.

BEACHBREAK was back from $4.60 into $2.80 favourite at Doomben first-up and did not let supporters down with big win from the back. Fitter and can measure up to the rise in class.
