Form analyst, SCOTT MCDONELL, previews Saturday’s Eagle Farm meeting, with horse racing tips and analysis for all 9 races. Good luck, punters!

Track Condition: Good 4

Rail Position: Out 3.5m entire circuit

ALPENDURADA burst away to win with something in hand at Eagle Farm last start and that made it two from his last three starts and placed in the other. No reason he cannot win again.

EAST ASIA comes into this third-up from spell. Two runs in Queensland this time in have been solid placings and a win is not far off despite wide gate.

DR WHY NOT has been racing in super form this time in with three wins from his four starts. Will make his own luck going forward and sure to be prominent final stages.

GENZAI THE WOLF drove through and won here two starts back then he looked to get his chance last start but just battled late. This a nice race for him.

JOYMAKER won with something in hand here three starts back then has followed up with a couple of solid minor placings. Looks well in with apprentice claim and she can finish all over these.

TRADUCE did a few things wrong here last start but he was still too good for them going away to win. Promising gelding and no reason he cannot make it two in a row.

BOLD EXECUTIVE raced up on the speed and proved too strong winning two starts back then he stayed on tough to split Traduce and Joymaker last start. He will be prominent again.

MISHANI SECRET was beaten less than 2 lengths here two starts back then she just faded last 200m last start. Drawn to get perfect run in transit and would not leave her out of chances.

GET STUCK IN won the race in the Stewards room first-up. He was going strongly when hampered final stages and second-up expect he will strip fitter and he can win again.

JUNCTION beat Get Stuck In here last start after racing on the speed but he wanted to lay out last 200m and caused interference and lost race in the Stewards room. He will look winner at some stage in straight.

SO YOU WIN completed the trifecta in the same race as top two. Drawn to get the perfect run in behind the speed and with that run under his girth he will get chance.

ALWARD was strong late when placed here two starts back then he raced up on the speed last start before tiring final stages. If he gets a better run here he can figure.

GEORGIE’S PRIDE started a short priced favourite here last start and she powered away to win in a canter. Won four of five starts this time in and she can win again.

MASS DESTRUCTION chased home Apache Chase in the Listed Daybreak Lover here last start. Drawn to get the ideal run in behind the speed and if he holds that form will be right in the mix.

SETANTA sat up on the speed before powering away final stages to win here last start. Most consistent Victorian form prior and he can get away with these.

PALLADAS resumes. Solid enough when placed in recent trial. He raced consistently last time in work and if he can find best can figure in placings.

Been waiting for GUNTANTES to get out to the 1600m this prep. Been getting well back over shorter trips and running on and this looks ideal race for him.

SLOW HANDS won over this track/distance three starts back then not all that far in last couple. Should get ideal run in behind the speed and he will be competitive in this.

KUBRICK only just missed behind Walking Flying here two starts back then he loomed to win but just held ground last start. He can sneak into a place in this field.

LUVOIR raced up on the speed before sprinting away to win impressively at Hawkesbury first-up. Sure to be better from that outing and he can measure up to these.

Going to have something each way on MISS HIPSTAR first-up from spell. Only poor run at first prep was in the Magic Million Classic when she drew barrier 15 and was never on the track. Won trial leading into this and she can run a cheeky race.

STELLAR MAGIC chased home strongly to get the money here last start. That made it two of her last three and no reason she cannot go on with it here.

ASHEMA relished the heavy ground to get her maiden out of the way two starts back then took on Group 3 company in the Kindergarten and ran on late into minor placing. She can measure up to this.

REFERO was well supported and did not let punters down with a clear Sunshine Coast win on debut. Better from the race experience and although drawn wide cannot dismiss.

PRIVATE EYE is a smart gelding and comes into this ready third-up from spell. Placed in Listed company at Randwick last start and that form solid for this.

APACHE CHASE jumped to the front and gave nothing else a chance in the Daybreak Lover last start. If he can get across and control this race he can win again.

HOLYFIELD covered plenty of extra ground and he was entitled to tire as he did first-up from spell. Will get much better run from inside gate and would expect vast improvement.

TUMBLER RIDGE raced up on the speed and finished too well for clear win at Doomben last start. Only needs to hold that form to be competitive in this.

TREKKING is well named. He has been all over the countryside racing competitively in class races. Should have won the G1 Moir Stakes at The Valley first-up last time in work and he has super fresh record. Expect Goldolphin will have him primed for this.

FASHIKA will have a break on Trekking on the corner. She was strong holding on to win first-up in the G2 Sapphire and with that run under her girth will strip fitter and can win again.

VEGA ONE was doing his best work late when resuming here last start and beaten less than 2 lengths. Sure to be better from that run and he has been placed in three of five second-up tries. Must include.

EMERALD KINGDOM resumes from spell. Looked good winning recent Deagon trial by 6 lengths. Drawn touch awkwardly but he will be in this for a long way.

Have big opinion of GARIBALDI. He resumes off a soft Doomben trial win and lines up for five wins in a row after winning four of five last prep. Barrier a little concern but if he can find a position early can blow these away.

FENDER has the advantage of a run under his girth when he was dominant at Doomben first-up. Drawn much better than Garibaldi and should find a perfect spot. He is sure to be in the finish.

HARD LABOUR resumes. She progressed through her classes impressively last time in work. Takes on toughest test so far but she is talented and deserves her chance at this level.

ASHARANI resumes. She has won two of her four first-up tries. Only just missed behind the smart Athiri at Randwick first-up last time in work and that form good for this.
