Form analyst, RIC CHAPMAN, looks at today’s race meetings and singles out his top three horse racing tips from and   Hawkesbury   – he is confident. Good luck, punters!

The inform stable of Mark Newnham sends out a horse called BOB here 2nd up. Big ask this trip just 2nd up but he has loads of talent at this level. Probably drives forward being a bit fresh and leads from the gun. He has a win under his belt already, and it was at this track. Sure to look the winner at some stage today also. Maybe throw in INSIDER TRADER for the quinella bet.

Tip: BOB

Interesting race. I know that YARDSTICK is 3rd up, has speed and has been very well backed on the corporates overnight, but I like this filly FIFTEEN ARIA. She resumes here but has fight in her eyes as was shown when she finished boldly to knock over a good maiden field on debut. So we know she can go well fresh. Bad gate here so probably gets back which allows Yardstick a head start into the straight, but she has finishing power. Definite quinella bet for mine.

Again, we have another case of a horse coming back in grade and getting a weight allowance with a kid on. That to me is golden. Her name is FRESH and she resumes here so is fresh, which isn’t a bad thing as her best form has been while fresh. Drew wide a year ago at Caulfield, a place you can’t draw wide at in a Gr 3 race, circled the field as they turned and dashed hard late to just miss. this is grades easier and after the 2kg claim gets in well at the weights.
