Hawaii Five Oh 2yo Mdn

Kensington Race 1 (1400m) 12:15 pm

Hard to go past UNHINGED who was so, so brave in a tough Kembla maiden on debut. It was 1300m and despite blowing in the betting, he led and led and led until near the line when beaten by what looks like a smart one in Katoto. Behind him that day was rival again Tron Bolt who Jay Mac has chosen to ride. Quinella them.

Import MEHSUN may find this a tad short but he will be stomping home late and I think his class gets him home. On Aussie debut (after a couple of starts in Germany) he was cluttered up on the fence and did not get a fair crack at them down the running for the longest time. He wound up 5th. That was 1550m so coming back here is a worry. To counter that, the pace early will be quicker and he should now be fitter. Swamps them late to win from Nuclear Pete who looks like he might be a stayer in trhe making. Quinella them.

Kensington race 4 (1800m) 2:00 pm

I think this is a put in take out proposition. The now very fit OH SO SPIRITED jumps straight to the lead and runs them off their legs winning comfortably. She looks a weighted certainty for mine. Watch the market for this import Nasebah now with Chris Waller.

Kia eastern BM 72 Mares

Kensington Race 7 (1250m) 3:45 pm

Last prep she just didn’t come up at all but THAMES recent trial suggests she may have this time. If so, she is better than these. Was stakes placed last year. Gets back, runs home hard and market should be watched. If there is movement, have a wager. Lot’s speed in this race which will suit her.
