3YO Mdn

Warwick Farm race 2 (1300m) 2:55 pm

NOW IS THE HOUR is a Chris Waller trained 3YO who will be ridden by Tommy Berry. He will get back and I suspect get to the outside and dash home late. He is resuming here and his only start to date was a solid 5th in this grade. Two recent trials have him ready to fly. Proviseur is have his 2nd start too and I think he will run home hard for 2nd.

Rarely do you see a horse so primed and ready on all the major metrics as you do with this mare INVESTMENT today. She is 4th up, she is bred to stay and gets a trip today, she has drawn the rails, she is coming down in class after a 3rd last start. And, she is trained here. Looks an absolute standout ‘investment’ for mine.

This looks a good battle between a pair of mares who have fuelled before. They are COSMONOVA and Russian Snitzel. Both are resuming here but have trialled and both are trained here. When they last met, Cosmonova just won, carrying 3kg more. She again has 3kg more. Quinella them.

Drawn gate 2, is 2nd up after an impressive fresh 2nd this class when resuming and has Tim Clark on board. Yeah, today looks perfect for UP TO MISCHIEF. Did win 2nd up last campaign!

I’m pretty certain Craig Williams wouldn’t be riding this lightly raced mare MAIsY who resumes from a spell here after a failure last start, if he didn’t know something. And, the market overnight reflects that with her firming a fair bit. I’d continue to monitor it, but the money is speaking to me here.
