Not a strong maiden so I’m on the one who has pace. NESS has had 4 trials and shown speed in all of them. Not knocked around either down the running which suggests she might be considered by the stable to be pretty handy. Watch betting as she is on debut but I’ll have something on her.

This bloke EYNESBURY is by Savabeel so he might find this a tad short, but he also has a lot of talent. I suspect he drops back to about 6th early, then makes his run before the bend. He should be sprouting wings late. Placed in similar arce at Canterbury last run when resuming. Fitter now.

I’m on old DELEXIO here. At his best he wins very easily but he hasn’t raced well for a few years. Not been in an easier race than this either. If they go forward on him, he races better and he’s drawn well, plus he’s weighted well. A little each way at big odds will do me. I like horses coming back in class.

Restricted grade mare LOVEY DOVEY is with Chris Waller and she has a touch of class. Can run home hard and is aiming for 3rd win on the trot here. Mares in form, you know the rest.

Got to admire a filly on the rise. This lightly raced KURITHEA is that horse here. She sat off speed and ran home hard to win maiden last start when 2nd up. This is harder, but she is fitter and shows staying talent.
