FICKLE has drawn perfectly against the paint over the 1000m. She has plenty of speed and should lead them easily. With the in-form Craig Williams on board, she should be able to just steer her around and she looks one of the better bets on today’s card.

Will be having something each-way on AINTNODEELDUN who is undefeated at The Valley. He got too far back in the Ballarat Cup and made steady ground from the corner. If he brings his A game to this race, he should prove very hard to beat.

CIGAR FLICK looked a good thing beaten last time out when he only found clear air over the last 100m or so. From the draw he should get every opportunity to camp just off the speed and then it’s going to be up to Chad Schofield to weave a passage. If he finds that room, he’ll be hard to hold out.

In what appears to be a very open affair, I’m leaning towards SALTAIRE to break back into the winners stall. She has only won once but has placed 8 times, and that one win came over this trip. The speed should be on here which will suit this mare and watch for her to be finishing over the top of these.

In the main event of Pinjarra’s card The Mandurah Cup, tipping PAPAVERO PRINCESS who has been racing in fine form. She generally gets back in her races and she has certainly found winning form over her past two runs winning them both easily. This is probably her toughest test but look for her to be getting home well at the business end and again proving too strong for them.
