BM84 HANDICAP
In a wide open affair, looking for FARHH FLUNG to hit back after getting too far back last time at The Valley and running home strongly. Drawn a little better this time, hopefully he can camp just in behind the leaders and he has a good sprint on him when let down. Looks a nice each-way bet.
CARLYON STAKES
From the pole position BARAQIEL should take some holding out here first-up. He has won both jump-outs at Flemington over recent weeks and looks set for a first-up victory here. Has plenty of speed and look for him to kick on the turn and hold off the challengers.
BM78 HANDICAP
NO METRO WINS
KADALL has been racing so consistently and deserves to get back into the winner’s stall. At his past 5 starts he hasn’t been beaten by more than 2 lengths and with any luck in some of those efforts he could’ve broken through then. Drawn nicely in barrier 2, he should get a nice trip throughout and look the winner at some stage in the straight.
RATING 66+ HANDICAP
TERRATIF looks extremely hard to topple at Belmont. She usually gets back in the field and comes with one withering run. She gets a 3kg claim here today for Chanel Cooper and expect this five-year-old mare will be running all over them late to grab victory.
