Rail Position: Out 8m entire circuit

TUSCAN BELLE raced on the speed and only just missed here first-up from spell then found heavy ground at Sunshine Coast and not beaten far. Ready to win third-up.

NASSAU COUNTY was placed at Gold Coast on debut then found heavy ground here last start and just held ground. He can bounce back on a firmer track.

ARCTIC DASHER raced on heavy ground on debut and although green ran into a placing. Sure to be better from the race experience and cannot dismiss.

SO YOU KNEW got back in second half here on debut and although passed a couple was never close enough. Better from that outing.

Tip: TUSCAN BELLE

Going to have something each way on OBER PURKLA first-up from spell. She was not beaten all that far in any of her runs last time in work and this not difficult.

BUIN ROAD overraced a touch here last start but he kept kicking and held ground for solid minor placing. Only needs to hold that form to be right in the mix.

AIR FORCE ACE found heavy ground at Kilcoy first-up from spell but chased home bravely into second spot. Fitter and he looks well placed in this.

DUTCH GOLD was beaten less than a length on heavy ground at Sunshine Coast last start. Barrier is the concern but would not leave him out of exotics.

Tip: OBER PURKLA

SO CLEVER started long odds on favourite at Sunshine Coast first-up. Raced on speed but fitness told late and he faded late into minor placing. Fitter here and with apprentice claim he should win.

FREDERICK THE DANE showed plenty of speed here first-up but raced a little ungenerously before tiring late first-up. Strips fitter and he will take catching.

WHITTINGTON WAYS comes into this ready third-up from spell. He was placed in both runs this time in and he gets chance to return to winners stall.

SNAZZ ‘N’ CHARM resumes. Only had the one start last time in work and got his maiden out of the way with authority at Newcastle. Drawn ideally and can measure up to this.

Tip: SO CLEVER

DERANI resumes from spell. He was model of consistency last time in work including a win this track and distance. Prepared to have something each way fresh.

PAREDO is another first-up. She has won fresh and two trials leading into this suggests she is ready for this. Inside gate a bonus.

Have always had an opinion of JINX ‘N’ DRINX. She has won two fresh from a spell and although can mix her form is up to winning this.

THE LIONESS finished too well and got the job done first-up at Gold Coast. Yet to finish any further back than second in six starts and must include based on that stat.

Tip: DERANI

Prepared to forget the run of MOTAMAYIZ at Sunshine Coast last start when never on the track and entitled to tire final stages. Drawn to get much better run here and he can bounce back.

NEPTUNE’S CHOICE comes off solid last start placing in town. He is undefeated in two starts this track/distance and that an advantage around Ipswich.

THE MINIVAN was not disgraced at Eagle Farm two starts back then just got going too late at Toowoomba last start. Drawn wide but will be hitting line hard.

CHIEF COMMAND comes into this off a couple of solid wins. Most recent when raced on speed and proved too strong on the heavy here last start. Must include again.

Tip: MOTAMAYIZ

VENDIDIT has not been beaten all that far in better races than he finds here. Drawn touch awkwardly but looking for him to return to winners stall.

IN AGREEMENT won a couple in a row at Gatton earlier this campaign then he has followed with three sound placings. He can sneak into multiples.

NORTHERN WOODS is screaming out for a win this prep. Placed here two starts back then went to Sunshine Coast and filled minor spot. Cannot leave him out of chances.

SO YOU’RE MAGIC was not beaten all that far at Gold Coast first-up from spell. Fitter from the outing and must consider.

Tip: VENDIDIT

ENTERPRISE PRINCE has been racing well in town of late with three straight placings leading into this. Drawn to get ideal run in transit and gets chance to win.

EAST ESPLANADE just keeps winning. Came to this track/distance last start and despite covering ground was still too strong. He can measure up in harder race.

FISTICUFFS has the ability to win this but he can be a little hard to catch. Comes into this ready third-up from spell and although drawn wide will be hitting line hard.

PRINNY’S SUCCESS was not beaten all that far at Eagle Farm last start. Third-up from spell and he looks close to a win.
