Form analyst, RIC CHAPMAN, previews Wednesday’s meetings, with horse racing tips and analysis for the five best bets of the day. Good luck, punters!

Lots of overnight money for the top weight in this CAPITAL HEART. He ran a cracking 2nd in this grade last start easily bating another rival here in STORM THE RAMPARTS. So he looks well in. But, I loved the way this newcomer LIBERTAD trialled. He accelerated like a good horse halfway down the straight and hit the line hard. He looks talented and forward so I’m on him, but will quinella with Capital Heart.

Tip: LIBERTAD

Fascinating affair. Most of them are unraced. GOLD LOVER has run and ran a terrific 2nd on debut at the provincials but two trialers look well above average. They are CAPTAIN AMELIA who looks to be a strong filly late and CLEA who led all the way to win her trial and did so, to my eye, with a lot up her sleeve. This trio, along with Gai and Adrian’s SAIKONO look a cut above. I tend to think Clea might be very smart.

Tip: CLEA

I just love horses dropping in grade and when it is accompanied by an apprentice allowance, I just want to get on. We get one here in PRINCE ZIGGY. He is 5th up so the trip shouldn’t worry and he is down from placing in Saturday grade recently. Quinella with the plodder HE’S ON FORM who is very fit also. Big show.

Tip: PRINCE ZIGGY

Must follow the market when it firms up this much and EBONY KING has been backed very heavily to win this. He is 3rd up, looked great at this level previous two runs and appeals the most here. Quinella with TAPA CAPALL.

Tip: EBONY KING

This really is an exciting midweek affair. This John O’Shea youngster SAVEADATEFORME is resuming but when last in work he won twice, one of them over a mile in very fast time. Seems to have a lot of potential and has been readied for this with two trials.

Tip: SAVEADATEFORME
