Saturday Tips – June 3rd

Form analyst, SCOTT MCDONELL, previews Saturday’s meetings, with horse racing tips and analysis for the five best bets of the weekend. Good luck, punters!

In a very tough day ahead for punters here at headquarters, I feel MIDTOWN BOSS may be the one to get the money for us.
Last campaign won second-up at Sandown-Lakeside and was only beaten narrowly first up when came from well back in the field. Should get a nice trail from the draw and should be able to test these.

FOXY FRIDA got the money a fortnight ago for us and am happy to go again with her to add a G2 to her resume. She bolted in as she liked at Morphettville last time.
No one is riding better than Billy Egan at the moment, so look for her to get the last run at the leaders on straightening and prove too good for her rivals.

Tip: FOXY FRIDA

RENAISSANCE WOMAN looks the hardest to toss here in the Oaks after the scratching of Fireburn. She chased hard last time out in the Roses and only went down by under a length to her.
Those two over the line looked to have plenty on the opposition and with only one of them left in the field, she does appear to be the one to beat.

Tip: RENAISSANCE WOMAN

Giving ROKANORI one last chance today. He never got on the track last time out and although looked disappointing in the run, may pay to forgive that effort and reinvest today.
The pace should be on and from the low draw, he should get a gun run throughout. Hopefully Pikey can steer him over the line for us.

Having a throw at the stumps here with SNEAKY CHANCE at decent each way odds. Just forget she went around last time out when was caught deep on the track throughout and weakened. Drawn in close this time, she won’t be seeing the outside fence again and she has a nice pick up when held up until asked the question.
Look for her late to be the one bursting through the pack at each way price.

Tip: SNEAKY CHANCE
