Grand old superstar who just loves this track, and this type of race, and being fresh. Probably goes forward to find a spot. Is so good, so honest and so consistent you just have to have him in your numbersagain.

Has had a change of stable and looms large. Will settle back but has a great deal of late power. Watch market – if they come for him, get on.

Has he developed into the best horse in the land? Via Sistina probably would have a say in that, but last prep he showed signs that he would be a bonafide superstar this time up. Resumes here and can finish hard. Big chance.

Is probably the pace in the race and he is one of those who goes around at big odds but always shows great heart. Should again and is improving.

Top class on his day. Resumes here and is being prepped for the Cups. Unlucky 2nd in the Gr 1 Caulfield Cup last year. This is a tad short but he will runon.

Looks well placed and many good judges believe he is the star on the rise these days. That may be but this is a very strong field and he is resuming. Will need to be at his best on past form. If he’s improved though, he looks hard to beat.

Has been beaten comfortably by Mr Brightside and Another Will so probably finds this tough especially as he failed to flatter when resuming behind Private Eye last start.

Loves this trip winning past 3 attempts at it, latest at Flemington in fast time. Gets back and runs home hard although didn’t make much ground when resuming last start and 4th in a much, much weaker race. Not keen.

Top class, loves this trip, multiple Gr 1 winner, goes really well fresh and there is no Via Sistina to tackle. Resumes here. All that adds up to her being very hard to beat in this.

Is getting ready for a Cups campaign. New trainer now and that tends to make them go really well first race for them. Resumes here and the grade will test but she will be midfield.

Superstar. Has won 9 from 11 starts, several at Gr 1 level. Up against open grade now though. Saying that, she’s unbeaten in 2 starts this trip, unbeaten in 2 starts this track and recently won a barrier trial. Must be in your numbers.
