Hit and miss star. Can run over these at his best but did disappoint last start when backed and a plodding 5th at Gr 2 level in the 1200m behind Swartz. Place show.

Terrific Gr 1 performer on his day and always runs brilliantly while fresh. Guess what, he resumes here. Did run down Mr Brightside this journey at Gr 1 level when last in work. Have in your numbers.

Very heady, honest type who runs his heart out every start. Finished like a train from a mile back last start when fast-closing 2nd in the Gr 2 Aust Stakes over 1200m behind Schwartz. Loves this journey. Will run home hard.

Rising star who ended his last prep with a great 2nd at Gr 1 level this trip. Goes well fresh and looks to sit off what appears a very solid tempo. Bound to be in the finishing drive.

Solid Qld galloper who is honest too. Rises a lot in class here and may struggle late.

Has loads of pace and is sure to dart to the lead. If he is allowed to roll along by himself, he can run 1.22.2 which would take catching. However, Private Life can go quickly, too. This bloke led all the way to win the Gr 2 Australia Stakes last start over 1200m when resuming. Lots of boxes ticked, but, he has raced twice when 2nd up, which he is here and both times he missed a place.

Good, solid, reliable mare who can run home hard. Did that from a mile back in weaker Qld race last start when 3rd. This top grade may test her.

Top class WA mare who likes to get back but does have a powerful finishing burst. Races well in her state at Gr 1 level. However, first start here and this is a strong field. Place at best.

Outstanding 3YO who may well this prep show just how good he has matured into. Won leading all way,  a Gr 1 over a mile last year. Resumes here but the draw is favourable and should scoot through to be behind the leader with cover all the way. Big danger.
