Gr 1 – Caulfield Guineas

Is the best of his generation and may well be the best of many, many generations. Should win this comfortably.

Has loads of talent and will be running on but is up against an age group champion in Broadsiding and that’ll do me. Place.

Is pretty smart and tends to go forward which will suit in this field. Has won past 4 on the bounce, all easily and just keeps improving. It’s harder here but he looks up to it. Will almost certainly be in the finish.

Sits back and then just unleashes resulting in two powerful wins on the bounce of late. Latest when taking out the Gr 3 Prelude to this race over 1400m at this track. Smart colt who is getting better with racing.

This is a good colt and he should relish this trip. Flashed home in good time to miss catching Broadside over 1400m last start by a long neck. Start prior had led and was run down on the line by the brilliant Lady Shenandoah. Respect him.

Looks the likely leader and has a lot of talent. Won 2 of his 4 starts, last start led and run down on line in the 1400m Guineas Prelude by Angel Capital. Will take catching if left alone on the speed.

Good colt with a bright future. Not far from speed all the way last start when a game 2nd, beaten a long neck in the 1400m Prelude to this race. Managed to get past Wanaruah that day and just failed to hold off Angel Capital. Must be considered as he is improving.

Has a lot of talent and has won 2 of 5 starts but is up a few lengths in grade here. Was 4th in the Prelude last start and was yielding ground over the final 75m.

Another with a bright future but he’s shown a few times now that he’s about 3 lengths inferior to the very best nd he has THE very best in the land in this race. Not keen.

Maiden after 10 starts and that says enough. No thanks.

Has a touch of the x-factor about him and from 4 starts to date he has won 2. Lasts start was doing best work late when beaten half a length in the 1400m Prelude at this track. This trip should suit and can manage a place.
