Racing writer, JUSTIN DEVINE, looks at tonight’s meetings and singles out his top three greyhound racing tips for tonight’s Cranbourne, Rockhampton and Ballarat meetings. Good luck, punters!

Cranbourne R6 – FFA 311m

20:28 (AEST)

STEBONHEATH LAD (4) jumped to the front and gave nothing else a chance when winning at his first run for over a month last week and will strip fitter for the run. He takes on a similar field tonight and only needs a clean getaway to get the prize. WHY NOT OPAL (1) has placed at her last three runs and will get all the favours up along the rails. She can capitalise if they jam out wide.

Rockhampton R8 – Best 8 407m

21:15 (AEST)

QUINN BALE (2) is a Townsville based chaser who has made the trip to Rocky twice, for a win and a second. Expect him to get a nice run from box 2 tonight and power home down the long straight. VELOCITY SUMMIT (4) has won three of his last four in this class and will once again run well. If he can navigate his way across from box 4 he will be hard to catch. The pair can battle out the finish.

Tip: QUINN BALE @ $3.50

Ballarat R8 – Mixed 4/5 450m

21:18 (AEST)

ZIPPING ZARBO (8) is a prolific winner on the provincial circuit who is capable of pinging the lids from the wide draw. She can jump to the front and lead all the way. It looks that simple. INTERROGATE (6) returns after doing his recent racing in town and will be strong late. He is the knockout chance if he can keep in touch early.

Tip: ZIPPING ZARBO @ $1.65
