FADE TO BLACK (6) gets back to 600m tonight after a couple of solid sprint runs over recent weeks. He should get a nice cart across early on and it looks a perfect race for him to find that winning feeling again.The potential leader in ASCEND ECSTATIC (4) will likely find the lure early, he is the danger on form but if the green dog gets a sniff, he should prove too strong for them at the business end.

BLACK MYTH WAVE (1) has drawn one of his favorite boxes in the red and looks perfectly suited to hit back after getting into trouble last week in a hot field behind Allan Keeping and Cumbria Jack. With a good jump he can hold the rail at the first corner and that should be enough for him to be able to hold off the challengers from there on. SKEDADDLE ARLO (2) should get the gun run behind the red and has been racing extremely well recently, winning a heat and then runner up in the Dapto Megastar final.

Tipping WEST ON SIDNEY (4) to turn the tables on the favorite MISS ENVY (8) tonight in the main event at Cannington. Sidney has had no luck at recent starts and he is that sort of pup, a slow beginner that can find trouble but he has untapped ability especially when in clear air. From the middle draw he is likely to find the rail early and if he gets any sort of luck at the first turn, he might be able to rail the ears off them and make up that 3 lengths from last week’s defeat. At nice each-way odds, he can run Miss Envy down if she leads but she is obviously the one to catch.
