Tips – Thursday 29th February

Sandown Park R6 - Grade 4/5

(515m) 8:43 pm

CANYA ALL CLASS (1) lit up the track at The Meadows last start when he led all the way to bring up his 5th win at start number 7. He showed no sign of the poor box manners that have cost him twice and looks to be on the path to an outstanding career. LARAZO BALE (7) is racing in career-best form at the provincials and can ping the lids. He can add some value into the exotics.

Angle Park R7 - Grade 5

(530m) 9:10 pm

DOWN THE LINE (4) has led and finished 1st and 2nd at his last two runs and meets similar opposition tonight. He should have no problems finding the early lead and will be the one to catch in the run home. The $5 on offer looks well over the odds. LOCHINVAR ALOISI (7) finished 3rd when returning to Angle Park for the first time in a while last start and has won in good time at track before. He will find the line strongly.

Albion Park R7 - Best 8

(520m) 9:13 pm

ALL NATURAL (5) is fast becoming one of the best chasers in the country with his only defeat in the last 8 races when he was beaten by a nose in the Group 1 Gold Bullion. He won’t be a big price but he will be winning! watch the clock. MAGISTRATE (1) has recently been competitive in top-class races and will enjoy an economical run along the rails. He can fill the quinella spot.
