BOOKALOO (5) has won 6 of her last 8 including recording a PB when leading all the way last week. She continues to rise to the occasion and I’m with her at the good price. FANTASTIC SPIKE (7) is the best chaser in the race and while he mixes his form, his best is good enough to get the prize. He will find the line strongly.
Sandown Park R8 - FFA
READ THE ROOM (3) was an all the way winner at Sale two runs back before having no luck when dragged down last start. She was good enough to win a Melbourne Cup Prelude recently and can find the front easily with a vacant box to her inside. The $6+ on offer looks huge. GIACOMO (6) loves it at Sandown Park and can find a good spot in the run. He can feature in the finish.
Albion Park R9 - Grade 5
BLUE ART (2) is airborne at present with 5 wins on the trot including an all-the-way track and distance win last week. He can find the rails with box 1 empty tonight and is the clear top pick. MISS DARKSIDE (8) pinged the lids to win at a nice price last week and can give some cheek if she leads. Box 8 looks an issue for her.
