Sandown Park R5 – 1-4 Wins 515m
TRY CATCH UP (1) maintained his unbeaten career record with a 4+ length win on his Sandown Park debut last start and is drawn to get all the favours from box 1. Bad luck looks like his main danger. AMRON LASS (7) has good early speed and can pour on the early pressure outside the favourite. She is the danger in a race that lacks a bit of depth. The pair can space their rivals.

Angle Park R6 – Special Event 530m
BOBBY AXELROD is airborne with five wins on the trot and has the box speed to overcome the tricky box draw. He jumps, leads and wins. It looks that simple! AGENT NINETEEN (1) was second last start from the squeezebox and has drawn much more favourably tonight. He is the knockout chance sneaking up along the rails if the favourite doesn’t step cleanly. .

Albion Park R6 – Grade 5 520m
EMERALD DRAGON (5) had no luck in Group 2 company last start and drops back into more suitable grade tonight. Box 5 is an obvious query, but the $3.50+ on offer looks well over the odds. He is the value. HARA’S OPAL (8) has broken 30 seconds in the past and will be hard to hold out with luck in running.
