Racing writer, JUSTIN DEVINE, looks at tonight’s meetings and singles out his best greyhound racing tips for tonight’s meetings at Wentworth Park, The Meadows and Cannington. Good luck Punters!
Wentworth Park R5 – Mixed 4/5 520m
SIR BANJO (6) has won his last three races including a best on the night Wenty win last start. He hasn’t raced for over a month but will appreciate the vacant box to his inside and the $7 on offer is too food to refuse. ENERGIZER MISS (2) has been racing in terrific form and continues to find the line strongly. She will be hard to hold out with luck in running.
Tip: SIR BANJO @ $7
The Meadows R5 – 1-6 Wins 600m
RHINO BALE has won his last five race starts and is two from two over the 600m trip at The Meadows. He is drawn to find the early lead and they won’t catch him! He ticks all the boxes. YOUR COLOUR ROOM (7) was an impressive heat winner last week and has plenty of talent. He is a flukey beginner, but his best is good enough to make a race of it tonight. The pair can space their rivals.
Tip: RHINO BALE @ $2.10
Cannington R4 – Listed Keith Harding 520m
CRUMBLE MONELLI (8) has taken all before him since his debut, winning 12 of 15 races and he can add some more Black Type to his name tonight. He has never jumped from box 8 before, but I’m expecting him to cross to the early lead and that will be the race. KATCHOO (1) is the most inexperienced chaser in the race and has shown sharp improvement in recent weeks. He is the knockout chance sneaking up along the rails.
