Racing writer, JUSTIN DEVINE, looks at tonight’s meetings and singles out his best greyhound racing tips for tonight’s Horsham, Richmond and Geelong meetings. Good luck, punters!
Horsham R6 – Grade 5 410m
LIKE A LIBRARIAN (1) won well at the track and distance last month and hasn’t been too far away at his last couple of runs. The fastest beginner in the race, he will get every chance from box 1 and can get the prize. ZIPPING PETRA (4) won at Ballarat last start and will get plenty of early room with a vacant box to her outside. She will run well and can add some value into exotics.
Tip: LIKE A LIBRARIAN @ $2.10
Richmond R7 – Grade 5 400m
AMBROSIA TUX (6) was uncharacteristically slow to start and still managed second last start. Generally, one of the best beginners in the business I am tipping her to ping the lids and bring up her fifth win at start number eight. If she jumps with them, the $2.8 on offer will look HUGE. COSMIC LUNA (7) has won four in a row and is drawn to get a nice cart into the race. She can capitalise if the favourite doesn’t begin cleanly and is the danger.
Tip: AMBROSIA TUX @ $2.80
Geelong R11 – Grade 5 400m
BLAZING NENNA (2) was a 6+ length all the way winner in slick time last start and should find the top from the checks. She jumps, leads and wins. It looks that simple! ASTRO BOY (4) has three placings from his last four runs and will once again try his heart out. The pair can space their rivals.
Tip: BLAZING NENNA @ $2.30
