Muswellbrook R1 – Maiden 3YO Hcp 1280m Â
The horse drawn the fence here HARLEY STREET is fast early and will drive forward but I think the filly, EMERALD BAY will also. She’s in gate six. There could be a fierce battle for the early lead but she has 1.5kg less weight to carry so I think if she wants to lead then she will. She is resuming here after a couple of average trials but she did show a good deal of courage last time in when placed this grade as well as a pair of unplaced runs in stakes class. Â May be stronger this campaign. Quinella them.

Muswellbrook R5 – Cl 1 Hcp 1000mÂ
Interesting race here because the money is circulating for two horses. MISS KINGSTON and TRINITY MISSILE. The latter is 2nd up after being heavily backed in this exact grade when resuming. It was also at this track also on a soft track. He drew the outside and just couldn’t cross onto the fence. Has the rails draw here and should improve now that he is much fitter, that he can improve on that close-up 4th last start. Also carries 1kg less this week. Quinella them.

Muswellbrook R7 – BM66 Hcp 1280m Â
THE STORM IN ME is the lightest raced horse in this field but may have the most potential. I think all the others have shown what they can do and not much improvement can be expected. The Storm In Me has raced ed just 5 times and did break through to win maiden 2 starts back. Followed that up with a solid 3rd in this grade. Is 3rd up now, up a little in class but has drawn perfectly.
