BM100 HANDICAP

CAULFIELD RACE 6 (2400m) 3:05 pm

HERMAN HESSE was second up from a spell last time out when he chased throughout and only went down narrowly to Aurora’s Symphony at Flemington. Now third-up, he should be cherry ripe for a return to the winner’s stall with Craig Williams on board.

BM84 HANDICAP

CAULFIELD RACE 9 (1100m) 5:00 pm

MIDTOWN BOSS looks extremely hard to beat here in a very strong race. He is meeting some really talented horses but the way he came back from his spell and won so impressively fresh at Flemington on New Years day, he does look to be the one that has the most upside and does look set for a big Autumn.

OPEN HANDICAP

EAGLE FARM RACE 9 (1600m) 5:10 pm

WITHOUT REVENGE looks to be the one they will have to beat in this field. Coming off a solid 4 length win in the Ballina Cup last start and prior to that ran two quality placings in listed class behind Acquitted. Should settle up on the speed and look the winner at some stage in straight.

CLASS 6 HANDICAP

EAGLE FARM RACE 10 (1400m) 5:50 pm

Going to have a little each way here on ALBURQ at big odds. I feel there will be plenty of speed in this race and if he can just settle midfield, he should be very strong to the line. He has placed four of twelve starts at the trip and has run some very nice races in this class. Worth a throw at the stumps at the price.

RATING 66+ HANDICAP

ASCOT RACE 12 (1400m) 6:09 pm

FLURO NEURO has been racing ever so consistently and deserves another win. Meeting a very similar field to last time out when he got too far back and just went down by over a length. Hopefully he can settle a little closer this time around and will be the one powering over them late.
