Magpies – TBA
What We Like
Collingwood Magpies have been involved in several close encounters as of late and kept the score under the total score market on several occassions.
Final Thought
They may have lost their last two matches but don’t expect Collingwood to make it three consecutive losses against the Blues this Thursday night.

Cats – TBA
Bulldogs – TBA
What We Like
Geelong midfielder Bailey Smith is having a generational run at the moment and has been able to rack up the disposals – kicks and handballs – with ease since the start of this year’s campaign.
Final Thought
Both teams lost against the Hawks in recent weeks but Geelong came closer to defeating them. Although the Bulldogs have only lost one match this week, the Cats are easily the better team and are the clear favourites at the moment.

Swans – TBA
Giants – TBA
What We Like
Recruit Charlie Curnow has had a slow start to his tenure as a Swan but just as recent years have shown, the key players always manage to stand up when it comes to derby time.
Final Thought
The annual ‘Sydney Derby’ will return this round as the Swans host the Giants at the SCG. Although the Giants have pulled off some shock wins in recent memory, the Swans are the best team of the AFL competition at the moment.

Suns – TBA
Bombers – TBA
What We Like
One of the best AFL Fantasy scorers due to his ability to rack up tackles with ease, Suns midfielder Matt Rowell is an easy shout this week as he faces an undermined and young Bombers midfield.
Final Thought
The Suns are unbeatable at home so expect a large victory in their favour as they take on the Essendon Bombers.

Hawks – TBA
Power – TBA
What We Like
Hawthorn always manage to get off to a quick start and this is set to continue in Round 6 against the Power.
Final Thought
The Hawks are one of the most in-form teams at the moment, coming off victories against Geelong and the Western Bulldogs. Meanwhile, the Power have been struggling as of late and can’t seem to deliver against the elite teams.

Saints – TBA
What We Like
Coming off a strong victory against the Carlton Blues, the Adelaide Crows will be eager to continue their form this weekend as they try and string up some consecutive victories under their belt.
Final Thought
He may be getting to the final stages of his playing career, but Crows forward Taylor Walker remains a large presence in the club’s forward 50 and will see a lot of ball.

Kangaroos – TBA
Tigers – TBA
What We Like
It’s impossible to go past Kangaroos midfielder Harry Sheezel in the disposals market as he racks up possessions with ease. I may say this every week but I have yet to be proven wrong.
Final Thought
The Richmond Tigers just aren’t that team this season. Unable to turn anything into a win, the Kangaroos will walk away with the victory this week as they look to return to playing finals football.

Demons – TBA
Lions – TBA
What We Like
A major reason behind the success of the Brisbane Lions have been in the forward-line. With the likes of Logan Morris, Oscar Allen, Kai Lohmann and Charlie Cameron in the Forward 50, they are as dominant as they come.
Final Thought
After a rough start to the 2026 season, the Brisbane Lions have been tremendous as of late and seem to be on an level than the rest of the teams in the AFL – than maybe the Swans and Hawks.

Eagles – TBA
Dockers – TBA
What We Like
Dockers forward Josh Treacy seems to be getting better and more accurate every week he plays and is one to watch in the forward 50.
Final Thought
While the Fremantle Dockers are the overwhelming favourites, every Western Australian derby always manages to remain competitive throughout the contest and the same can be expected this round.
