The Brisbane Lions may have lost their last three consecutive matches, but expect them to bounce back this weekend as they always perform well against their interstate rivals.

Only scoring two goals in his past four matches, forward Zac Bailey is destined for a big showing and there is no better way to do it than against the Suns.

In their last nine matches, Port Adelaide have gone under the total score line market and you can expect the exact same this week as they continue to fail to turn opportunities into points.

Jake Waterman has kicked three or more goals in four of his last five matches and is in red-hot form for the Eagles in their forward 50.

Absolutely demolishing Richmond last week, Charlie Curnow kicked eight goals. While he has been inconsistent at times, his red-hot form should see him score at least three against the Saints.

After making light work of the Tigers last week, the Swans could send a statement to the rest of the top four teams with another clinical showing this weekend.

Brodie Kemp has scored two or more goals in his past two matches, so it’s hard to see him doing again this week, especially considering he has performed against better opposition.

The Essendon Bombers are currently on a 16-match losing streak and it’s hard to see them beating that streak against the Blues who look rejuvantaed and look like a different team under Josh Fraser.

Nick Daicos has continually proven that he can deliver under pressure, and there is no bigger clash than the King’s Birthday on Monday. In recent weeks, he has also found himself roaming the forward line.

The clash is set to be a tight defensive battle between the two teams so don’t be surprised if there aren’t many goals scored and the total falls under the match line.
